I'm Julien Wateau, founder of énitéo, a Salesforce Certified Application Architect with 10 Salesforce certifications. I spent 16 years in New York at a major investment bank, on the digital transformation of its payroll and timekeeping systems. Since 2017 I've worked with a global group: first rolling out its in-house CRM to affiliates, then, since 2019, on its Salesforce programme, alongside teams in many countries and cultures.
Alongside that, I support a few SMBs and non-profits who want the same expertise, with lean, responsive help instead of an agency's overhead.
